It is a common sense to know that traveling by plane are not necessarily good, not to mention lack of sleep, lack of space to stretch out, bad food in economy class, etc. At least you can do these five tricks to make your plane traveling a lot more nicer.
First, avoid any food which has high possibilities to make your stomach in trouble such as dairy products, chocolate, any food with high fat and carbohydrate. Also try not drink coffee, tea, and liquor, drink vitamin C and B complex instead.
Second, try to wear layers. It would be best if you wear loose clothes and layer it with jacket, so that when it is too hot, you can remove your jacket and use it as pillow when you sleep. Wearing loose clothes can help you to sit and sleep comfortably.
Third, bring a bottle of water because there are high possibilities that you can be dehydrated easily. Longer journey means higher chance to become dehydrated.
Fourth, during the flight, you can get up and do some stretch up or walking around to help your body regains the blood flow which makes your body felt fresh.
Fifth, when you arrive, don’t go straight to rest. Try to take a walk for awhile, get a fresh air to shake up your jet lag.
